Remodeling The Wader Family Home In Encinitas

The Wader Family wanted to remodel the first floor of their two-story home in Encinitas. They wanted a modern layout with a more open layout. This involved removing walls and building additional features, which required different permits. After agreeing on the design, we applied for the permits. After getting the permits, the first thing that we needed to do was to remove some of the walls. Since we needed to change the electrical and plumbing work, we had to do extensive rough-in work. After completing the rough-in and putting up the drywall according to the new layout.  We also had to work on putting up a false ceiling and then installing ambient lighting, which lit up the entire space. We also had to build a nook for the bed so to give a sense of privacy.
