The Lin Family ADU In San Diego

Building an ADU for aging grandparents is always a balancing act. You have to make sure that the space is accessible and safe and at the same time, you need the unit to give a comfortable living experience. That is exactly what we did for the Lin Family ADU in San Diego. The ADU was an attached one so we had to make structural considerations as well. We used an open layout which allowed for easy movement. The bath, kitchen, and bed space had a number of accessibility features built-in.
