Lewis Family ADU Project In El Cajon

The Lewis Family wanted to build an ADU on their property, to serve as a private space. The space was not to be used as a living space, but we were to make provisions for that as well. It was a single, studio-like layout. We built big sliding doors so that there was enough natural light in the unit. We also built a kitchen unit and a bath at the back as well as a small enclosure for the bed. This ensured privacy and also gave a cozy and intimate feel to the unit.
