The Howard Family ADU In Poway

The Howard Family wanted to build an ADU for their teenage son, who had just started his own business. So, this place needed to work as an office and living space. We built the ADU in two levels, the lower level worked as an office. There was a place for the team members to work around as well as a place for meetings. We also built a mini-warehouse and a kitchenette on the lower level. The upper level had a bedroom, a personal study, and a bathroom.
