The Holden Family ADU Project In Vista

The Holden family wanted to have a private entertainment space for themselves and they wanted to build an ADU. So, they hired us as their ADU builder in Vista. Since the requirement was limited, the small space was not a big challenge. We built a large glass wall on one side that added to the drama. A recess for the big screen projector was built on the ceiling. For the ultimate theatrical experience, we built the wall for better acoustics. We also had to build a kitchenette so that there was a place to prepare a snack for the movie nights. As requested by the client, we also had to build a small bathroom with a toilet and a bedroom for accommodating guests who would come over for parties.
